Fashion and feeling outshone the cold, rainy weather on a fall Saturday when this local couple gathered their closest circle at Belvedere Lenox, a recently opened venue designed exclusively for events. “We loved the combination of natural light and an intimate bar atmosphere for dancing,” says Claudia, who owns Berkshire Rental Properties, specializing in vacation and seasonal home rentals.
Style, too, told a story. The bride wore a vintage black lace Oscar de la Renta gown, while the groom, a Harley-Davidson master mechanic, chose a custom-designed, handcrafted ensemble by FEN, a bespoke tailor in Great Barrington. Florals in rich shades of crimson and pink—roses, dahlias, and ranunculus—appeared in bouquets, wrist corsages, and boutonnieres by Market32/Price Chopper in Pittsfield (“they were wonderful!”).
The celebration reflected Claudia and Adam’s journey, with their respective grown children as attendants, and handwritten vows attesting to their shared goals.“We each waited a long time to find the right person,” Claudia says. “ It hasn’t always been easy, but we’ve created a loving blended family.”
